In New Design Studio, we use multiple web services to make our lives and collaboration easier. As a new member, you need to get an immediate access to the following workspaces:

• Slack (to replace emails and instant communication)
• Notion (for project recording)
• Miro (for digital affinity diagram etc.)
• DropBox (sharing big files and real-time sync)

The passwords are managed by the lab lead of that time – Seongbeom Kim as of Nov 2022 – as well as the director, Seungho Park-Lee. To get the password, please contact

• The lab lead first
• If not approachable within 24 hours, the director

We update the passwords every 6 months or so in order to keep the services secure for ourselves. The lab lead or director will notify all members in Slack if/when a password is renewed.
