1. When new parcels arrive

Put the parcels next to the Dyson vacuum.

When parcel arrives, we recommend you to take a photo of the parcel and upload on #random of NDS Microsoft Teams for purchaser. Almost all parcels need to be inspected before using it. Please put the parcel in left side of storage space to inform that it is not inspected.

2. Inspection of parcels

Lab

The lab lead will do the inspection work with SPL.

Project

Crews who are involved in the corresponding project will do the inspection with SPL.

The steps to do inspection of parcels are like below

1. Prepare the inspection documents
2. Check between the parcel and the documents.
3. Stamp a seal on the inspection document (only SPL has the authority as he is in charge of using the budget)
4. Submit purchase document to administration office.
5. Now you can use the parcels. If it doesn't belong to you, please move it beside so that the crew in charge can easily notice.
